Emirates Beg for BlockShopper, Azerbaijan leaders complain

March 7, 2010 at 8:43 am

The President of Azerbaijan today complained against public records today – or maybe he should have.

From the latest story to make its way around the web, his son bought $44m worth of emirate luxury property.

The whole fiasco was uncovered using public records.

In an investigation akin to what companies like BlockShopper do every day, nobody has been able to answer how an 11-yr old was able to buy so much using his father’s $228k salary.

Maybe they will issue a privacy complaint
